`break-after: avoid` failed if there is exactly one whitespace character between it and next element

- Remove all
- Remove indentation of
<p>tag after the
<h1>Section 2: section element</h1>element, so that there is exactly one whitespace character (
\nin this case) between them.

What have I tried?
- Remove all whitespace characters between the two tags. Rendered successfully.
- Put two whitespace characters between the two tags. Rendered successfully.
- See whether
will make any difference. No difference.
